This is a nice example of a Newport 27. Lovingly refurbished by her current and previous owners.  She is a great sailing boat that can handle a stiff breeze. Recent updates include new batteries 2021, LED Lights in cabin 2019, LED Anchor light 2016, new vhf radio 2016, new bow and stern lights 2016, Rewired mast lights 2016, deck and steaming lights replaced with LED, Hull was repaired of blisters, barrier coat and bottom paint 2019.
